VENEZIA RECEIVES SHELL
CHEMICAL HONOR
LIMERICK, PA.
February 15, 1999 --
Venezia Transport Service, Inc. has achieved the "4 Star Carrier" award from
Shell Chemicals for the second time. The award is given to the carrier that consistently
meets and exceeds the carrier performance criteria for Shell Chemical's Land
Transportation. Venezia's overall score for the year was 99.22% which is outstanding.
Frank Venezia, President of Venezia Transport Service stated, "This is an
honor that we are very proud of. The fact that we have won the award twice shows that we
are very committed to excellence on a consistent basis. Everybody at Venezia can take some
of the credit for the award but especially our professional drivers. Our drivers are
really the people who get the job done--and consistently!"
Venezia representatives will be honored at a reception and awards
banquet at Shell Chemical headquarters in Houston, TX.
